Where it is found that these systems do not meet with ISO 45001, legislation or other relevant guidance, SMG requires the auditor to identify non-conformities or opportunities for improvement for implementation by SMG. In line with ISO 45001:2018, identification of legal and other requirements remains the responsibility of the client. However, every effort will be made to cover a wide range of sampling during the audit. This should include the provision of an audit report which is to be provided no more than 7 days after the final audit day.
