The work must comply with all relevant statutory regulations and instruments. All materials and workmanship must comply with the latest published British Standards and British Codes of Practice. All materials and fittings used must be handled, stored and fixed in strict accordance with the manufacturers/suppliers current recommendations and written instructions. It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales. Works to be complete by 29th March 2019. Form of Contract - The works will be executed under JCT Minor Works Agreement 2016 All staff employed on the site must have Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Clearance. Before tendering, contractors must arrange to carry out a site inspection.
