## Notice

This will include a new internal entrance lobby, creation of a new Reception desk with associated service spaces behind, the replacement of all internal finishes and services installation to suit the new arrangement. ii. External area: reconfigure the existing external access ramp and section of adjacent steps to achieve compliance with latest accessibility standards. iii. Other minor works The Contract award is in two stages a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (stage 1), followed by a works contractor (stage 2).
