Contractors will need to have a proven track record of: -Capacity -Turnover of at least PS1m -Relevant experience in a museum The graphic designer is Shaun Campbell, of Studio Scamps Ltd. The graphics include interpretation panels and graphic wallpaper/vinyl images and text. They will be installed in various areas across the site including on corridor walls and on walls within the stores and studios. Installation needs to be completed by 2 August 2019 Additional information: EOIs will be accepted by email. Tender information will be sent out to companies who express an interest, and meet our criteria on 3 June 2019. The tender period is 3 June 2019 - 24 June 2019. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the supply and installation of graphics. When submitting your expression of interest, please submit proof that you meet the criteria as outlined below: Company turnover - please provide audited balance sheets for the last 3 years to demonstrate the soundness of the company's financial position. Relevant experience - Experience as a graphics contractor on a museum site, in at least 3 contracts within the last 3 years. Each contract should have had a value in comparison or upwards of approximately PS20,000 and been successfully completed. These projects must have been similar to the proposed works and preferably undertaken at National Museums.
