## Summary

Birmingham City Council has awarded a contract for the "BrumWeCan Marketing Campaign." This campaign, classified under marketing services, aims to support local charities through community engagement, particularly targeting citizens affected by loneliness, mental health issues, and domestic abuse exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The awarded contract, valued at £40,000, covers a duration of four months, commencing on 22nd March 2021 and ending on 22nd July 2021. The procurement process was conducted using an open method, and interested suppliers were required to register on the Council's e-tendering platform before submitting their proposals, with the submission deadline set for 5pm on 18th February 2021.

This marketing campaign presents significant growth opportunities for agencies specialising in social media, marketing communications, and public engagement. Businesses equipped to create impactful visual content, films, and case studies will be well-placed to participate effectively. Given the focus on community upliftment and charitable promotion, suppliers who possess experience in public health messaging, community outreach, and collaboration with grassroots organisations will particularly thrive. This contract not only supports essential social initiatives but also enhances stakeholders' visibility within the Birmingham area.
