The first phase of this development is underway with the construction of 9 new build flats. The second phase of development will involve the refurbishment of three locally listed units at 9-11 High Street to provide 2 houses, and requires full architectural services for RIBA Stages 3 to 6, including a review of the current approved designs and liaising with planning to discharge conditions. Your schedules of services are to be in line with the RIBA Standard Agreement which will be used to form the contract with you. The indicative value of refurbishment is PS400,000 and the programme of works is expected to commence in January 2018 taking approximately 8 months to complete.
