The service will be required to take into consideration any national policy drivers that are relevant to ASD children and young people, aimed to improve their outcomes and work in partnership with ASDAS to ensure support to families of diagnosed children and young people. Additional Information: Bidders should note that the Contract relates to services that fall under the "light touch" regime of Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Procurement Exercise will therefore be run in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as they apply to "light touch" services.
