## Notice

National Highways is looking to set up a contract for provision of service to provide both technical and advisory expertise, to undertake horizon scanning of socio-economic and Digital, Data and Technology trends, and refresh and refine the Digital Roads vision for RIS3. Technological insight will feed directly into National Highways Masterplan and the Digital, Data and Technology Subject Strategy for RIS3. S&P and Digital Services are working together with FRG to draft the input to the SRN initial report. All deliverables will be created collaboratively with joint working across Digital Services, FRG and NPD.
