## Notice

The Provider will be expected to enter into a sub-lease arrangement with the Council with regard to occupancy of the building at Lock Close of which the provider will be charged a peppercorn rent. Lock Close is one of a number of services that the Council commission to provide overnight replacement care across Worcestershire.
