## Summary

The South of England Procurement Centre is initiating the procurement process for the "F11306 Surrey Wheelchair Service Stakeholder Event." This event, part of the healthcare industry, is scheduled for 17 April 2019 at the Grand Hall & Masonic Hall in Dorking, RH4 1SG. Currently in the planning stage, the engagement end date is set for 10 April 2019. This market engagement aims to consult potential bidders and service users regarding the specifications of wheelchair services anticipated for procurement later in 2019.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses involved in healthcare services, particularly those specialising in wheelchair provision, assessment, and rehabilitation engineering. Companies that can form cooperative alliances to meet the comprehensive service requirements—including delivery, repairs, and modifications—will find this process advantageous. Attending the stakeholder event is crucial for networking and gaining insights into the expectations of the NHS Surrey Downs CCG and its collaborative CCGs, targeting the improvement of mobility solutions for over 14,000 clients in the region.
