## Notice

The successful supplier will: * Demonstrate commercial advantage, stability, technical capability and the capacity to deliver requisite quality of the provision of a Banking Service competitively; * Fully understand the Banking Service required and provide a cost effective, service that meets the needs; * Work with the PCC and Merseyside Police to deliver year on year efficiencies and cost reductions in order to deliver the service required during a period of austerity; * Measure performance to demonstrate achievement; * Be fully compliant with all applicable legislations and have robust quality control / assurance processes.
