The service needs to provide a holistic response to cared for children (Knowsley's preferred terminology) that provides support to enable sustained, positive relationships with their primary care givers and more stable placements. Knowsley also seeks to ensure that the successful Service Provider is fluent in Trauma Informed Care and can demonstrate how they plan to deliver interventions through Trauma Informed Approaches.
