The framework will be managed by Warwickshire County Council on behalf of Adoption Central England ACE which is a Regional Adoption Agency for the following Local Authorities: Herefordshire Council, Coventry City Council, Solihull MBC, Worcestershire County Council and Warwickshire County Council. The framework is in 25 Lots, providers may apply for one or more Lots.
