Security Services: (Including but not limited to) The Contractor will provide a service to repair, service and maintain the security infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: * Intruder alarms. * CCTV. * Panic alarms. * Access control. To provide the following electrical maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas: 1. Reactive Maintenance Services - To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building fire and security defects. Note: This includes all Salto access control issues. 2. Minor Works Service - To undertake minor fire and security works to improve and alter the Authority's sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands. 3.
