CFO Evolution will create a single delivery programme, complementing existing HMPPS core services and providing resettlement support to offenders in custody and the community. Custodial, pre-release and through the gate delivery of needs assessment, casework, interventions and activities. 2. Delivery of appropriate, engaging Human/Citizenship activities designed to support self-worth, contribution to the community and developing positive plans. 3. Delivery of appropriate and engaging Community & Social activities designed to build resilience, upskill and strengthen support networks. 4. Wraparound intervention support where required by the Court/Probation. 5. Community support for offenders including achieving and sustaining outcomes (e.g. employment, training, housing, or volunteering) and mentoring. 6. Providers with experience of delivering any/all of the above for specific cohorts e.g. women.
