This procurement process is currently completed, with the contract set to commence on 1st October 2021 and run until 30th September 2024, with an option to extend for an additional two years, subject to contract performance and funding availability. The procurement was conducted through an open procedure, with a total contract value of £702,033. The Contract will be initially set from 1st October 2021 till 30th September 2024 with the possibility of extending the term beyond the initial contracted duration by up to 2 [two] years with mutual agreement from the Provider and NELCCG. This would be dependent on successful achievement of contract outcomes and funding available to support the contract from commissioners. It is likely TUPE will apply to the transfer of staff undertaking the current service provision; however, it will be the responsibility of bidders to seek appropriate legal advice at the appropriate time.
