The services will be required to be delivered in all WMBC owned and managed buildings. The contractor shall be required to create a schedule for all pre-planned testing, servicing and maintenance work. A list of properties and assets is provided. WMBC reserve the right to add or remove properties and assets to this list as changes occur to the property and asset portfolio. The contractor must be a member of The Legionella Control Association and MUST be registered to provide the following services: o Risk Assessment o Chemical water treatment services o Chemicals o Dosing & control systems o Cleaning & Disinfection o Plant & Equipment - Supply & Refurbishments o Installation o Cooling Equipment o Filters o Facilities Management The contract will commence on 1 May 2021, for an initial three year period. There are options to extend the contract period for up to two 12 month periods, subject to satisfactory performance, business need and mutual agreement.
