Co-Design and cost a new TEC Service Delivery Model in full collaboration with all stakeholders to include referral and assessment. (Installation, maintenance, and response services will remain inhouse) Collaborate to develop a TEC Performance Dashboard supporting business intelligence, to include return on investment
