It is envisaged that this will be split into a number of categories, these being: * Rail civils * Rail track * Rail trackworker protection * Rail semi Professional grades. Frontline Labour Workers are workers hired on a labour only basis to work under the management and direction of the Supplier and/or any Sub-contractor, as may be applicable under the terms of the Agreement, on Network Rail's infrastructure or a Network Rail construction site. Frontline Labour Workers will supplement the workforce and will be hired against specific competencies. All Frontline Labour Workers shall meet the relevant job description and competencies set out in the call-off order and be engaged through the Sentinel programme, as appropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, Frontline Labour Workers do not include office workers/staff.
