We envisage that this will aid the recruitment of postgraduate doctors and learners who are attracted to work and train in the Midlands, and will support educators to develop their skills. Having the best educators supervising and motivating postgraduate doctors and learners will in turn support the best possible care for patients across the region, delivering social value
