This framework will be structured as an Open Framework. The evaluation of tenders is to be undertaken on the basis of a technical and commercial analysis. It is currently anticipated that this will be on a 70/30 weighting respectively. The aim is to issue the tender notice in early June 2025, with an appointment of framework partners for commencement in early December 2025.
