The contracted service is comprised of: The provision and administration of cashless payment systems via phone, mobile phone App and web enabled services where available; Signage provision and maintenance (including tariff changes, etc.); Promotion of the service to facilitate car park usage; Provision of detailed auditable accounts relating to each transaction and total income for both Client and Contractor; Enquiry/complaint handling. The contract requires a resilient system to operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year that complies with the requirements of the specification.
