The works required are small jobs and examples of the typical works that this contract will cover are:- * Supply and installation of internal / external / handrails / grab rails * Provision of ramped access to a property and railings * Supply and installation of showering facilities with the bath remaining in situ * Supply and installation of showering facilities to include removal of bath, making good to wall plaster, installation of or provision of stepped or level access shower trays for floor coverings. * Conversion of other rooms into shower / wc rooms * Supply and installation of specialist kitchen facilities * Alterations to existing internal structure to improve access around the property (widening of door openings etc.).
