The CMSSP system provides the Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) with the facility to categorise and store correspondence related to air accidents according to their meticulous filing system, by having files in the designated folder and automatically tagged with the corresponding Case name, Case number and Topic metadata tag. In addition, the AAIB use the library to interact with the case files with each change documented by version control, thus build the case for the accident at hand to satisfy legal requirements. AAIB require support expertise to undertake routine maintenance tasks, deliver bespoke minor enhancements, support AAIB in managing the product and technical roadmap, and to undertake larger activities including a pressing requirement to migrate Azure resources.
