It is envisaged the Lots will be: Lot 1 - Tees Valley Business Growth Fund The fund will provide an amalgam of capital grants and revenue based funding for services to existing businesses designed to contribute towards the cost of removing their barriers to growth and thus taking advantage of opportunities. The TVBGF has a value of c PS14m which includes not only funds for grants to businesses but also the initial and ongoing costs of establishing and running the service. It is envisaged that the fund will offer grants of up to PS50,000 in support of eligible projects with an aid intensity of 40%. Lot 2 - Tees Valley Business Fund The fund will provide an amalgam of capital grants and revenue grants for services to existing businesses designed to contribute towards the cost of removing their barriers to growth and thus taking advantage of opportunities. The TVBF has a value of c PS20m which includes not only funds for grants and loans to businesses, but also the initial and ongoing costs of establishing and running the service. It is envisaged that the fund will offer tiered grants in support of eligible projects. The relevant tiers are: Grants of up to PS15,000, between PS15,000 and PS50,000 and grants over PS50,000 Lot 3 - SME Energy Efficiency Grant Scheme A PS500,000 scheme which does not include administration costs.
