We have worked closely with Highways to establish suitable sites, taking into account footfall, along with access and power supply. We have started Pre-App on all sites, receiving our first approved site back. The Council anticipates that the contract will be in force for a fixed period of 10 years, with an option to extend by a period of up to a further 2 years (in one year intervals) thereon. Bidders can bid for one or more sites (Lots).
