The overall size of the scheme is c.101m x 40m and has the following requirements: - The space needed for the experiments is noted at its longest, as 93m and at its widest, 39m, on a single floor; - The space need is for a minimum total of 2,500m2 Storage space; - The requirement for this space is that it is column-free, allowing complete flexibility of platform configuration; - The minimum ceiling height is a 10m clear height to underside of structure or acoustic lining; - C.500 person retractable seating; - House sufficient changing, fitting, meeting rooms to allow PEARL participants accessible access to these facilities when required by experimental protocols. - Aspiration for BREEAM Excellent Additional information: University College London (UCL) is not a public body within the meaning of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations") and is not subject to the procurement legislation.
