## Notice

Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA), working in partnership with Darlington Borough Council (DBC), wish to appoint a Multi-disciplinary Design Team ("the Consultant") with strong experience of rail infrastructure projects, and experience of working with Network Rail, to offer multidisciplinary technical support for the proposed Darlington Station 2025 Upgrade Project ("the Project"). The Project has identified some key components and requirements (new east side platforms and a new station and the relationship with the existing station and the surrounding environment). This commission involves the Consultant further developing the design to RIBA 3/GRIP 3 stages and producing the design deliverables required for an Outline Business Case (OBC).
