## Notice

Amongst these services are dosemeters which record neutron or radon exposure, employing PADC (Poly Allyl Diglycol Carbonate, also known as CR-39). PADC is produced in sheets, which will be supplied directly from PHE's contracted manufacturer in equal deliveries every two calendar months. This is a multi-lot project which covers: Lot 1 - supply of PADC plastic for radon dosimetry Lot 2 - supply of PADC plastic for personal dosimetry Lot 3 - cutting and encoding for personal dosimetry Lot 4 - combined lots 1 + 2 bid
