The Council has successfully applied for a development grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) to develop plans for a larger interactive exhibition and associated activities. The successful contractor will contribute to the development of these plans under Stage 1 of the project. Working with Castle staff the developed plans will then be submitted to the HLF as part of a Stage 2 funding application. If the application to the HLF is successful the Council shall reserve the right to extend the contract with the contractor to include Stage 2 of the project. This will require the contractor to project manage the delivery phase of the project using the approved plans to procure and install the completed exhibition.
