Empower local leaders and communities, especially in those places lacking local agency. In Coventry the programme will coordinate activities to deliver: 1.) Business support to tackle barriers to: ? Starting and growing businesses developing and launching new products. ? Improving energy and resource efficiency and developing new low carbon products
