GreenSquare's current devices are reaching the end of their life and need replacing. EE Limited provide the mobile phone and data services for GreenSquare and the new devices must be unlocked to work on this or any other UK network. Devices currently are issued to trade and other mobile staff, the Tab Active2 is the preferred device because of its ruggedised design, the contract is to supply these devices, substitutions are not being considered for this contract. GreenSquare is seeking a single supplier that is suitably qualified in providing a large number of devices, preferably to public sector organisations. The key aims of the contract will be to: o Deliver the devices by the deadline. o Provide a next day exchange for any faulty devices during the warranty period o Provide further devices at the tender price individually or in multiples for 12 months from the initial delivery date.
