More specifically, the main items of work are as follows: *Establish welfare facilities. *Set up site. *Carry out render repairs *Carry out roof repairs *Remove existing balcony handrail, and replace with new one. *Power-wash all external surfaces to tower and welfare building. *Carry out minor civil maintenance repair works. *Replace any damaged rainwater goods and SVP *Prepare and redecorate externally. *Prepare and redecorate internally. *Removal of redundant water tank. *Demolition of existing store under water tank. *Demolition of entrance porch to tower. *Provision of additional storm doors to tower. *Relocate ariels from porch to tower. *Fit NLB supplied information panel *Clear site.
