Interested providers are encouraged to attend an engagement event scheduled for 21st November 2018 at Avenue Tennis, Gillingham, ME8 6AN, where the final model and specifications will be presented. Further feedback can be provided via a questionnaire due by 4pm on 19th November 2018, which will help shape the commissioning intentions for this new service. The CCG has carried out several engagement events for adult community services including with the public, a whole system event where the proposed model was stress tested and two previous events with interested Providers to share information and facilitate the opportunity to network with each other. The CCG would now like to invite all interested Providers to: 1. Attend an engagement event - detail below. This will be the last event before the contract is formally advertised so all interested Providers are encouraged to attend. 2. Complete the attached questionnaire in order to provide feedback to the CCG with regard to their commissioning intentions for this new service.
