The site is located within Unit 26, Pallion Industrial Estate, Sunderland, SR4 6SJ. The site currently serves as premises for a different use and as such, requires an extensive revitalisation and fit-out to modernise the premises and to accommodate its new users. The scope of the works to be completed includes, but is not limited to, the following: (a) Demolition/Strip-Out Works; (b) Brickwork; (c) Plastering/Partitioning; (d) Cladding; (e) Metal Roofing; (f) Second Fix Joinery; (g) Decoration; (h) Flooring; (i) Tiling; (j) Mechanical; and (k) Electrical It is the intention of Gentoo to appoint one Provider to deliver all works.
