## Notice

The size of the garage blocks varies from 1 to 14 garages depending on location. The work is to include fitting new Flat roofs, fascias, soffits and rainwater items, and the refurbishment or replacement (as required) of timber roof structures, brickwork, garage doors, full decoration and removal of overgrown plants and vegetation. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Fit" basis.
