We were looking for the best value and most effective option for providing access to social media and other relevant content through Software as a Service (SaaS) social media analysis platform. The selected service provider will provide a SaaS platform which meets all of the mandatory FCA requirements, to fully implement, configure and onboard FCA users within the timeframes set by the FCA, and provide support services throughout the contract term of two years, with up to two optional 1-year extensions. Additional information: The contract value for the core 2-year term is PS145,000 excl VAT. This value does not include the two optional extensions, for one year each time, which can bring the total of the contract to PS298,000 excl VAT. Five of the six shortlisted suppliers responded to the ITT.
