The services put in place by AACC enable many people with complex needs and health conditions to live healthily at home, to have more independence, to see their friends and families, to access employment, to live without discomfort or to have to worry about their care. NHS South-East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) - Bromley has established an in-house AACC service comprising of managers, clinical leads, nurses and support officers.
