The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, through its Commercial Procurement Services, wishes to award a national framework agreement with two Lots: Lot 1 - will enable Clients to contract for the design, build and equip of a new facility from which decontamination services would be provided; and optionally obtain a managed service for ongoing facilities management and maintenance of the new building facility; and optionally obtain a continuing managed service for ongoing maintenance, availability and renewal of the decontamination services machinery, equipment and surgical instruments and supplies. Lot 2 - will enable Clients to contract for the design, build and equip of a new facility from which decontamination services would be provided with the Supplier providing finance to enable the design and/or build and/or equip of the new facility; and optionally obtain a managed service for ongoing facilities management and maintenance of the new building facility; and optionally obtain a continuing managed service for ongoing maintenance, availability and renewal of the decontamination services machinery, equipment and surgical instruments and supplies.
