## Notice

The University of Leicester is seeking to appoint a contractor to build the Space Park Leicester. This procurement is for phase 1 with a net construction cost of 14M GBP (and potentially future phases worth an additional 66M GBP) which is a University building of just under 5,000m2 gross internal floor area (GIFA) providing accommodation for teaching, offices and laboratories in two three- and four- storey wings linked by an entrance and atrium. The University wishes to enter into a single stage procurement process with the open market. The project will be delivered via a Design and Build form of construction contract, utilising the JCT suite of contract documents, with established University amendments.
