The Council is embarking on a transformation of its Property related activities. It now wishes to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant on an interim basis to lead and support it through the journey to create a Corporate Property Model (CPM). It is envisaged that consultancy support will be required for an interim period of up to one year to allow time for recruitment permanently to existing vacant posts. A consultant is required to provide a cohesive team of staff on a temporary basis to work with key internal staff to assist in the implementation of the Corporate Property Model (CPM).
