This service should enable council staff to raise queries about orders, fulfilment times, invoices, complaints or technical difficulties. Given the emergency needs of our customers, we require a responsive help desk that can resolve a query on the same day. o To inspect, service, collect and re-fulfil furniture that is identified as faulty.
