## Notice

The provider should have a proven track record of delivering high quality, flexible day care and education to children meeting Ofsted standards and fully adhering to the EYFS, be knowledgeable about the children's agenda, and be able to deliver full day care for a minimum of 50 nursery places. As the existing service will be discontinued, TUPE of the existing staff will apply to the new provider. The building is expected to be delivered under a scaled lease agreement link to service level requirements for a period of 5 years.
