Contract Location- Bedfordshire CBC Care and Support Services provides direct care and support services to people living in Central Bedfordshire, these services include 4 older peoples care homes, a profound and multiple learning disability home, a supported living service for people with learning disabilities day centres for older people and people with learning disabilities(including a horticultural centre) a reablement service which includes support in people's homes and two brick based reablement services. We are at a cross rounds in terms of deciding how these services will be delivered in the future and we need assistance to help us decide on the most appropriate direction.
