## Summary

The ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) is seeking suppliers for the '3190_17(A) Supported Accommodation for Young People (16+) Retender' project, aimed at providing essential accommodation services for young people aged 16 and above in the East Midlands, United Kingdom. This initiative is currently in the Award phase, following the completion of the tender process, which closed on 9th May 2017. The project, classified under the CPV code for health and social work services, has an estimated total framework value of £5 million, with a contract period set to begin on 1st August 2017 and concluding on 31st July 2019. The procurement method adopted is an open procedure, allowing for a competitive bidding process among interested parties.

This tender presents a lucrative opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) looking to expand their service offerings in supported accommodation. The project aims to provide various types of accommodation, including intensive housing management, semi-independent accommodation, and independent living with floating support, particularly targeting young people transitioning from care. Companies experienced in housing services, youth support, or social care will be well-positioned to pursue this contract, helping them to grow their client base while contributing positively to the community.
