Charges & Reimbursement: The charges you would levy and the method of reimbursement you propose. Resourcing: The people and their skills and experience/credentials that would be used/available to deliver the service. Evidence of current Cyber Essentials certification. Evidence of a proven track record of successful delivery of same or comparable IT operational support services in the last 3 years. Additional information: Please express your interest in this tender in order to allow us to notify you of any questions we may receive and the answers given. Expressions of interest and/or any questions regarding this ITT should be made by email to lisa.canning@forestresearch.gov.uk no later than 14.00hrs on Monday 17 July 2023.
