## Notice

TheFramework is being procured in three Lots, based on the values of different types of development scheme as follows: Lot 1 - schemes between PS0-4m; Lot 2 - schemes between PS3-10m; and Lot 3 - schemes over PS8m. Aldwyck Housing Group is following a two-stage Restricted procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
