The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to procure a Strategic Rail Advisor and Access to the Rail Network Strategy and Station Strategy for the Combined Authority's Rail Team. We would like a system to be devised that will allow our rail stations to be classified in relation to their role/potential role within the transport structure e.g.- Destination station, Local Commuter station, Park and Ride station etc
