## Summary

The Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) has completed a procurement process for the provision of Health & Safety eLearning software. This selective procurement, using a call-off from a framework agreement, was focused on acquiring software package and information systems to support Health and Safety training for its staff using the Evotix system. The procurement process was completed with the award stage, where iHasco Limited was selected as the supplier. Situated in Swansea, Wales, the DVLA aimed to meet legal compliance with Health and Safety regulations through this contract, valued at £51,750. The contract commenced on 7 January 2026 and will end on 6 January 2027, with the award notice being published on 20 January 2026.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) specialising in software development, particularly those that offer eLearning platforms and solutions compatible with existing systems like Evotix. Companies with expertise in creating SCORM-compliant modules and possessing Cyber Essentials certification are well-suited to compete in similar tenders. With an emphasis on user-friendly software that supports data protection and information security requirements, suppliers who can integrate health and safety content seamlessly and provide extensive technical support have the potential to expand their market presence and enhance their service offerings to governmental agencies.
