## Notice

The Royal Borough of Kingston Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a competent and experienced provider following a competitive tendering to enter into a contract with the Provider for the provision of cleaning services to housing properties comprising sheltered housing, hostels, community halls and office space Cleaning services are presently supplied to the Authority by a private contractor. Tenderers are advised to seek independent professional advice as there is applicability of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 ("TUPE" or the "Regulations"). The Authority makes no assurances or assumptions as to the likely effect of the Regulations on the contract resulting from this tender process.
